Kuromoji, an aromatic tree native to Japan, commonly used in traditional medicine. The distinct aroma of the tree is unique; slightly sweet and refreshing. The extract has an opulent woody scent popularly used in premium soaps and is known as an alternative ingredient to Juniper berry among Japanese Gin distilleries. A similar, but smoother and superior taste to Gin with a refreshing, strong and dry botanical taste. A slightly sweet flavor alongside an acute black pepper and wood aroma. Recommend to mix with sparkling water.

仏手 黒文字
日本の香木でその香りのよさから高級楊枝などに用いられてきた黒文字。その枝や葉を自家醸造蒸溜酒に浸漬、独特の清涼感と香味を抽出し、再蒸溜しました。ジュニパーベリーを用いたジンと同列以上の酒質を目指しました。
